Your Fort Myers location has a horrible manager! She started less than a month ago and has already cleaned house. Lost a lot of good employees who care for the residents. The office staff is like a revolving door, always someone new there. She tries to be friendly but you can just see how fake she is. She has to know that most of the apartments are infested with roaches yet does nothing to fix the problem. She needs to go! Send her back flying on the broom she came in with.

*Do NOT work for this company* I had the opportunity to work as an intern for Continental, and I am glad it was just an internship and didn’t choose them as a career choice. Upper management is terrible and doesn't care about their employees. The property I was at, lost the property manager and assistant on the same day. Upper management was no help in this time when the property needed help. If you like fleas, dog poop everywhere, paper thin walls, college students, poor management, workers who sell drugs on property and dogs off leash then this is your place. I'd stay away.

Just a quick note, as I have been living here for about 4 months now. The staff has been fantastic! Les and Mike are very skilled at their jobs and get things done in a timely fashion. Maria and Carolanne have been very accommodating and have made me feel at ease living here. They really do take pride in keeping the Residents happy. Candice is also a nice addition to the staff. Five stars!

Awful management, place has been ruined every since changing to Longitude 81. “Security guard” goes out of his way to hassle residents. Steer clear and avoid at all costs.

Horrible, living at springs of fremaux in slidell la, was told who cares if your neighbors alarm vibrates and chimes 3:30am everyday for 2 hours, so while i lay awake the idiots next door sleep through their own alarm clock. Its unfair to me. Ive call and visited office they basically all jumped on me and said whats your point, the maintanence guys wanted to speak up for me but looked scared to say anything because their boss was there giving me crap saying you live in an apartment. Horrible , they don't respond to requests , the buildings are covered in green mold. These reviews are obviously management lol. Leaser beware
