FYI: How you can get a 5 star is take care of your lifeguards !! They should be able to dunk their feet in the pool when it is 6 days of 90+ degrees ! To tell your lifeguards they aren't allowed in the pools is wrong. **** Reply to your reply that said nothing about your lifeguards. I live in Norwest Woods and CHR uses this company for their many pools/ properties. The lifeguards this year and the last few years have been awesome and respectful.
