Tim came to redesign a previous waterfall for my fiends who are elderly and disabled they paid him 3,500 and he never put in the landscaping he never came back to finish the job period nor did any of his crew he was hard to contact and never showed back up as promised in our written contract to finish the job it’s going on ten months now this is a disgrace he needs to be turned into The bbc they are still Waiting and he is not professional at all as he may seem watch out for him and don’t be scammed too
