If there was a way to leave LESS stars, I would. I spent $15 on a wash to get the salt and grime of my car. I finish and leave only to look at my car once parked and see it's still dirty.... there are streaks running down the door. I return to point this out and I'm told... and I quote "it looks pretty good compared to my truck..... it has worse streaks than yours". No offer to rewash or give a refund.... not even an apology.
