1 Star. The first 1-star review because this landlord is the worst. Lived here a year; community is fine, but the landlord showed zero care when things went wrong. When they "fixed" issues, they used incredibly cheap solutions that felt insulting. Zero communication or accountability. If you tour this place, interview the landlord first. Ask how they handle emergencies, because they are really bad. Be aware before signing. The neighbors aren't the issue—the landlord is the problem.
