There’s been water coming into my apartment everytime it rains. Making carpet wet and causing mold. Now my family is sick. I put in a work order and maintenance came ago to fix it but didn’t fix nothing because it happened again. Since then I’ve put in multiple work orders but maintenance hasn’t came back for 2 weeks. Don't move here. I moved in during February and I have had issue after issue. There is no emergency maintenance number. "They will call you at the earliest convenience". EDIT: The ceiling was fixed and I haven't had any more problems with it. Still not five stars because to my knowledge, there is still no actual emergency maintenance number.
My boyfriend and I just moved in and we absolutely love it here, the move in process was quick the staff are super friendly and helpful the neighborhood is quiet and everyone looks out for each other. The apartment is very nice especially for the price, the rent is really affordable compared to some of the other apartments here in Gladstone, my family loves it here we finally feel like we're home.
We moved in at the end of June. The price is very reasonable for 2 bedroom and 1 bathroom. Lauren, the property manager, was great and responsive. Our maintenance requests have been handled in reasonable times. It's a nice and quiet neighborhood. Older but solid structure. I have been in newer apartments where you could easily hear neighbors through the walls and I very much appreciate this place seems very well insulated from weather and noise.
