Needed a maintenance request due to no hot water and the response was immediately. Thankful they got it back working! Great place to live very quiet neighborhood perfect for our 2 year old.
Do your self a massive favor and stay away from these tiny, unkept, disgusting, bug infested, mold containing broken down apartments. The price is ridiculous considering they are tiny and the neighborhood is full of drug addicts and domestic violence while I lived there anyways. I had water leaks they failed to fix and had to figure out myself. Even after my downstairs neighbors roof had caved In they did not show up to fix the leaking pipes. If I could give 0 I would, when I lived here we had to deal with roaches,leaks, sewage backups,etc. We put in maintenance requests and nothing was ever properly taken care of, we even went to the BBB, they're still doing the same thing, DO BETTER! DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!! AVOID KDR REALTY!!!!
Black mold, leaks, sewer coming up from the sink, plumbing issues, infestations, slum lord staff. I've lived here for 14 years. The ENTIRE time I've resided here has been actually horrid. DO NOT RENT HERE. Maitinence doesn't fix anything (also, they tried to gaslight us by saying that black mold doesn't exist), my window has been cracked since we moved in, they're raising rent and charging for things we didn't previously have to pay for, we had a BROWN RECLUSE infestation once upon a time, we now have a cockroach and millipe... read more
