I've lived here for years. And for years I've enjoyed the apartments. In recent times I've had trouble getting maintence completed. A task took a month to complete after I input the order. My neighbor also had to put one in before it was completed. If you move in make sure they charge you for two pets or years later you will get a nice pet deposit and late fees if you can't pull 350 plus out of the air. Don't move here. I moved in during February and I have had issue after issue. There is no emergency maintenance number. "They will call you at the earliest convenience".
Lauren has went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my new apartment.
The new apartment manager Lauren is booking tail and getting corporate to help get the property looking better and working better
Definitely wouldn’t recommend living here if you’re allergic. Debris everywhere maintenance man slow to respond to what needs worked on, everything in the apartment is retro nothings updated. Leasing management slow to respond but as soon as the 1st of the month comes your phone will be ringing off the hook. Yeah no thanks I’m out.
