Do NOT move here! They don’t fix anything and if they do it’s always patch work or rigged fixing! Gabe does NOT answer the phone. He will call back if you come off aggressive! We tried to move and they gave us a negative review! When I asked why, I didn’t get an answer. My credit is great and I pay my rent early every month! I would leave absolutely no stars if that was a choice. While management seemed friendly when we first met with them they do not know how to answer a phone no matter how many times you call or if they tell you they will give you a call back they do not give you a call back even if you leave them voicemails you cannot get a hold of them it's impossible it does not say anywhere in their application portal but the application fee is non-refundable but yet they're telling me the $150 I spent an application fees I can't get back ... read more
Even though I wasn’t able to move in. The manger Gabriel was magnificent and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of by a sister property. Highly recommended this man and his professionalism
I have been a resident coming up on two years now. I can truly say Gabe is always available to us and really cares about ALL the residents. He goes above and beyond every single day. The apartments are older, but provide a home for us and our families. We have been very happy here so far!
