inability to enforce rules We have two neighbors who refuse to leash their dogs when they let them out to do their business. The contract you have to sign states that any animals outside of the home are required to be tied up, me and my dog were attacked in our own yard by a neighbors loose dog, luckily my dog didn't require a visit to the vet, my dog was tied up with a steel cable and leashed. Heed my warning Poor management. Prices are subpar at best. The homes are made cheaply and poorly. Caught my neighbor digging up my yard to do landscaping in theirs and managements response was, “not our problem, you deal with it,” yet they’ll evict you if you don’t fix the lawn. And just a heads up, two months before your lease is up they’ll try to evict you with only three days notice over something as trivial as a broken slat in your blinds, simply to steal your security deposit. Its a nice neighbor hood. Close to everything for me. But definently beware of certain things when buying a home. Like your roof. Mine is shit. Signed papers may 26 2016. Already dealing With leaking thats been happening for at least 2 yrs. Now its my responsibility to fix my roof cause i bought this trailer. But other then that main part of my home being ruined and not being told, its a decent place to live.
