I cannot stand to look at my hair after this. I Absolutely hate this place. If I could give this place 0 stars I would . To say I’m livid, is not enough. Came here to have my hair ends trimmed even. my hair was 2 inches past my shoulders wavy with curled ends. I left with a lob 1 inch above my shoulder straightened. 3 inches of healthy hair cut by the owner. I came in for a trim and although the stylist Josefina was very nice and the hair cut was kind of cute it isn't at all what I asked for. I asked for a trim and the sides of my hair to be longer in the front. I ended up with a very short bob that comes about 2 inches above my shoulders and the front is about half an inch longer. Josefina me daño el pelo. Fui para que me corten las puntas y me corto el pelo entero. Llevo mas de 10 años cresciendome el pelo y en menos de una hora esta señora me lo daño. Pedi que me cortara las puntas solamente y me corto mas de 5 pulgadas de cabello. No se si lo hizo de maldad esta señora o que. Me quemo como diez vecez con el blower. Me enteraba la peinilla el la cabeza. Una pesadilla fue lo que pase yo en este salon. Cadavez que miro a mi cabeza lo que me da es rabia.
