Classic A Properties is the owner and they refuse to fix anything. The roofs desperately need replaced, the foundations in the apartments are cracked and shifted, and the maintenance requests are severely backed up because the maintenance man sits in the office on his phone. Also, there is black mold in many of the closets.
Aweful management. Going downhill since Carlene passed.
