After living here for the past 6 years and going through many managers, we finally have one that cares about the tenant. Sure there's some things that still need help with ( the driveway) but the management is working diligently to fix the problems. This park is a safe and quiet place to live. And the lot rents are reasonable for the city.
Pretty quiet property, the roads feel better after being half fixed and the manager has been nothing but professional.
