The City of Aiken placed an order for two electric motors in July of 2023. As of this date, 6/06/2024, we have not received the motors. The company has been giving us the run around concerning the order for months. On April 17, 2024 the company agreed to provide a refund of the initial $19,950 payment. However, that refund payment has not been made. We have filed a complaint with the BBB and the New Jersey Division of Consumer Affairs. We are considering additional measures to obtain a refund.
Dave Merces does not pay his vendors! Has outstanding invoices in excess of $150,000!!! Sent a BAD CHECK and has been promising for YEARS to pay what is owed. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH, STAY AWAY LIKE THE PLAGUE!
