What is going on with all these power outages? Numerously Flickering It's on it's off. It blew out our freezer modulator now. A couple of years ago you blew out our fridge compressor. Of course, you denied our claim. It's bad enough going without power but being treated rudely by the customer service woman is not right. Please, respect your paying customers with kindness not rudeness. Give recorded updates to customers who are anxiously waiting for news when power might be restored. Not happy with your service .
