I had a very bad experience with the administration, they keep changing their policies making you sign new contracts every few months. Since its a family run bussines there is no accountability when somebody makes a mistake they just let it go, the dental assistants are rude and not qualified. Horrible experience.
I was a ortho patient at 51 Ave and I got transfered to this new office under the impresion that it would be for the better, well the office its awfully small you have to wait standing for them to call you,the dental assistant its the dentist (owner) son so he doesn't feel that it is important to be nice to anybody by the way he looks at you seems he is disgusted to work on you,I hate his attitude and there is very little you can do about it the whole staff its related to each other so there is no accoutability for any of th... read more
