I had called another location and the staff there was rude/unhelpful so decided to try this location and it was much better. Was able to exchange dollars to euros at the current rate of 1.117 while other locations where much higher (currency at citadel 1.17) No added fees like other locations. Actual euro conversion 1.09 vs their conversion 1.117.
Such a rip off place,called got an exchange rate for 1850 euro for 1934 usd, came there turned out they didnt mention the 3% extra charge for changing money,very bored lady only busy on her phone,dont ever go here people,true rip off untrustworthy !!!!! After calling the manager,owner day later it was all nicely solved, great
This place has been reported for identity theft of customers, they’re under investigation. Do not do business here.
Be careful when you exchange money, they will just do the exchange with out telling you the exchange rate if you don't ask for it. So ask for the exchange rate before you do anything. Their exchange rate is ridiculously low. The teller will not help you and thinks she is doing you a favor.
