I used to cash my checks her al other time staff was friendly . I work 12-15 hr shifts at local restaurants I tried to cash my check for the 5-6 th time there and the lady so me pull up on my bike and obviously judge .me . And didn’t want to dash my check some Sort of excuse that her main office has to verify and they close at 4pm anyways another excuse . Couldn’t cash my check my only early day. I'm calling and they put the phone on hold right away without helping, pretty frustrating. If you have questions don't go here horrible
I had called another location and the staff there was rude/unhelpful so decided to try this location and it was much better. Was able to exchange dollars to euros at the current rate of 1.117 while other locations where much higher (currency at citadel 1.17) No added fees like other locations. Actual euro conversion 1.09 vs their conversion 1.117.
