I have been a customer for the last 10 years and I called today to advise I would make my payment next Friday (it was due this past Sunday) the "customer service rep" became rude. She asked why I didn't make my payment this past Friday I told her it was none of her concern. She became be belligerent. I hung up on her. I've been in customer service for 30 years you absolutely do NOT speak to customers that way.

I use their *******office, they are friendly & I'm in & out quickly, I didn't know what to expect when I took out my first loan, but they made the whole process easy to understand. I would recommend them to anyone who wants to establish credit for the first time or people who have credit & can pay their bills on time. I am very happy with continental credit.

I try to make payments every month, since my job is cutting my hrs and I got behind two payments and got them caught up within the second month they sent a wage garnishment to my work. The girls before that ran it never sent it in if I was late 3 payments. Since it’s under new management. I don’t have a phone. They keep calling my mom and their always rude to her and I tell her tell them I’ll make a next payment with my next check. They keep calling twice a day and always being rude to her. They tell her that I need to come in and talk to them. I work and go to school after work. So how can I go in and talk to them. After I get them payed off I’m never going to go back to them.

I received a check in the mail. Stated it was a loan and just to sign it and agree to terms. I sign it and got the loan and was grateful. In the mean time I ran into some medical emergencies with family and missed a payment or two. I called them and said I would pay off in the next week last week. Today my BOSS gets a call, calls me and tells me Tosha with Security Finance is on the phone about my loan! They call EVERY single day all day even when you provide them with updates. Contacting me boss violates my privacy and I am furious! Especially that she told her who and what it was for. I would not recommend them. Tosha is very unprofessional. She could have just left a message with my boss saying this is Tosha could you have her call me. I did report this to the corporate office so that it will not happen again to me or anyone else.

Four days after taking out a loan a representative came to my house. From then on out they called every single day. So I paid the loan off within three months. Five months later they start calling wanting more money. I will never ever do business again with this place. And I certainly wouldnt recommend it to anyone.

Most annoying loan office in existence. They harrass you and call from multiple numbers multiple times a day even if you are only a day late on a payment. They harrass you with mail years after your loan is already paid.

Be aware. I just borrowed $500 from **************SC branch. After asking all through visit what we're my payments gonna be and asking about interest rate (which he kept saying I am gonna tell you in a minute) I find out interest rate was 97%. Yes...97%. Get details before you waste your time. Demand to know payment info and interest rate before paperwork printed out. Unbelievable!!!

NO RESPECT. Never, ever have I been treated so hateful & disrespectful from any Loan Agency, in any city, in any state, as bad as the Continental Credit Loan Agency, in ********, OK. There is a girl there naned Melissa, who will not stop railing, no matter what I try to explain. I called her to let them know that I would have to juggle my bills & pay them double next month. Millions of Americans survive this way. Other debtors are very happy to get their money every other month. But the level of hate & disrespect was unreal, so I told her have a nice day, & she said "You're gonna hang up on me?!?" And I said, "No Mam, but there is no reason to repeat for an hour, what I already told U,...when I would pay You & how much, but U keep saying I just do whatever I want, & won't pay, & just ignore them....???" I am not ignoring, I called her. I have no choice but to juggle my bills cuz I am disabled,... it's not what I want. But she keeps repeating that I can't pay this way, no options, no partial payments, no double payments, so I have no choice but to tell Ur that "I just gotta go, & pls have a nice day." Never ever borrow from this place it is the most hateful & disrespectful worker that I have ever met. She keeps calling & harrassing me even after I gave her a specific date when I can pay her, just to say, "You must pay right now, not when You promised, when You get paid.". ?!? Stay away from this mean person. ??. Even if I had extra money, this hateful service makes me want to pay them last, if ever. Mail the payment, don't go to office to listen to mean railing.

This company sent a check out to a friend for over $1,000. My friend who was in need of money at the time cashed the check and the money was available. She did not notice that the interest rate was 82%. Had she not caught this she would have been making the minimum payment only paying interest for years to come. Not sure how this type of loan would help someone but it is absolutely wrong to send out loans like these and take advantage of desperate people. I was able to help my friend by paying off her loan. I hope this company changes there requirements so that other people do not get taken advantage of.
