Still NOT get the refund for my prepaid facial in Oakville Beauty Institute this company owned. Use all kinds of reasons. Hope the owner understand that is customer's money. You should refund it to customer when you can't provide the services.

Been a client for over 10 years I when there yesterday to make my purchase only to find out my account as been deleted, and what was worse I ask the sale person how can I get back my account she said I that I cant that their new policy , I guess they don't need client anymore if they're getting rid of them , any one know where else I can purchase Thalgo products.
