Overpriced, Poor Quality – I purchased my house with an FHA rehab loan. Continental was one of the few contractors willing to deal with this type of job so I really didn't have much choice of whom to use. I had problems with the quality of almost every item on the work order and so was dealing with multiple visits to complete each task.
