Horrible! $100 suit supply Dress Shirts that were supposed to be pressed came back improperly done and collar on dress shirts improperly pressed. Creases all over the shirts, looked like they had been pressed into a a ball of clothing then opened. I took the shirts and left, no way I was letting them further ruin my dress shirts. STAY AWAY!!!
The worst service ever. Just moved into the area from Manhattan and took 10 trousers from Bannana Republic to be hemmed. They were all brand new and identical with tags still on except in different colors. All I asked is that they be shortened 1 inch. Well, I ended up getting trousers of various lengths all of which were too short. Had they been too long they might have been rescued. Now i'm out $850.00.
