Been going here for several years. Last trip they said they "forgot" to charge for two shirts and demanded payment. I always drop 10-15 shirts off and they count, charge, and get paid in advance. Don't know how they "missed" a couple. I paid what they demanded for the two shirts, but I won't be going back.

Ruined clothes? Stains untouched? No manager on site to talk to? Not a good experience. Go anywhere else.

WELL at least I got my clothes back. They took 4 days to dry clean a few shirts, and a pair of slacks, then when I went to pick it up they only gave me two of my items. The customer service was not good, I tried calling the manager, Mely, and was not called back. I am giving it two stars because I got my clothes back,. But after experiencing what I did, I am not surprised by the amount of 'one star' reviews. Heed the warnings, do business elsewhere.

Took a couple suits in for general dry cleaning. Orders had to redone twice. On the second time buttons were broken off and I was told they were not responsible for the damage.
