I have been waiting outside for over 45 minutes waiting to pick up my dry cleaning and the door is locked. There is no sign saying they are closed for the day . It is Saturday May 18th at 12noon !!!!! Very frustrating 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

STAY AWAY FROM THIS CLEANER! They will lose your clothes and not take responsibility! Spoke to both Bebe and Maly Chavez (GM) and they are not taking responsibility for losing a pair of pants ~$100. Was a customer for over 6 years and they treated me so poorly! TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!

Very Very dissatisfied!! Been taking all dress shirts for laundry and expensive Tommy Bahama shirts for dry clean only, for the past few months, always separate shirts by laundry or dry clean and get two tickets. Last week picked up a Tommy Bahama $150 shirt that was burned by the dry cleaners and ruined, not only did they try to blame me for their error stating I didn't have them put it on the correct ticket, even though the shirt has a tag in it that states DRY CLEAN ONLY they also will do nothing about it! DO NOT TAKE YOUR GARMENTS HERE UNLESS YOU DON'T WANT TO EVER SEE THEM AGAIN NOR GET REIMBURSED FOR THEIR STAFF "LOSING" THEM.

Worst Cleaners I have every used. 1) You pay first, and I can see why, if you didn't they wouldn't make any money because no one would pay 2) They told me I could pick up my garments the next day after 4pm (about 30 hours after drop-off) 3) Not only were my garments not ready when I showed up at 4:30 the next day, they told me "We lost your dress" THIS WAS MY WEDDING DRESS MIND YOU! 4) I came back the next day, as they told me to.
