From the Best to Worst cleaning service – The good reviews here are when Shelly Painter used to own it. We've been going to Continental Cleaners for 17-18 yrs. with no problems (that was when Shelly owned). New Ownership/Mgmt (Ajay Shah) has taken over and within a 2 month period (May-July 2009), we have lost 3 items. When we try to make contact with Mr. Shah to express our concerns, it is always intercepted by his cashier who works the front area or answers the phone.
