Quite simply the worst experience I’ve ever had with a mechanical workshop. Took my 996 Turbo in for a service and repair to sunroof, mechanism rattling. Had to take the car back to have oil/grease removed from passenger seat and service book signed (ignored despite requesting twice) The following day while driving in rain found alcantara roof lining absolutely soaked through as sunroof incorrectly repaired. Nice staff. Good service
My advice to you is to stay far far away from this dealership as they are not reputable. They wanted to charge my mother $6000 for a $600 repair. If I could have given them a no star rating I would have but that wasn't possible to have this posted.
