Sabrina Pimenta, the Porsche service adviser was amazing, very knowledgable, nothing was a bother. Impeccable and thorough service.
Not even wanting to rate for 1 star, honestly it’s the worst and shittiest attitude I received in town, compared with every industry. Luckily I didn’t purchase my car from there, unfortunate had my oil service there due to fully booked service in Grey Lynn. Firstly, all my details were WRONG apart from address, they never apologized, never felt sorry for me, not even bothered to change the details for me. And a lot more but not worth for me to explain, would never recommend anyone there.
Took my 911 here to get serviced, and recieved great service from Savannah. Cant remember the other girls name that organized the loan car but she was good too. Very attentive and communicated well at every step. Will book my wifes Cayenne for its next service here. Recommended.
My wife’s Porsche Macan has recently been serviced by Continental Cars (Porsche) and we cannot speak highly enough about Jurie Hanekom and the service team. Jurie’s communication is superb, as is the professionalism of his tech team.
