This shabby and run down shop is not the place to take a newer Mercedes. He knows nothing about newer vehicles. If you drive an 2002 or older he's perhaps your guy. He was rude, doesn't listen to customers questions or needs. Amazing this place is even still in business. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.
