All aspects from ordering to measuring installation was great
WONDERFUL custom shutters, and 1 blind. Got bathroom shutter, top slats open differently from rest. Can finally get natural light in while maintaining privacy. Also got pair of shutters to serve as doors on funky little linen cubby. Got blind for stair landing that is vastly better than the DIY one we had. Very easy to open and close, let's more lovely daylight in. Will probably have these folks return and replace other blinds.
Communication was great and arrived as planned
Excellent quality products. We went with Hunter Douglas Silhouette blinds. Quick responses from staff. Very happy with everything.
Burgess did a terrific job, from the initial estimate, to the fast delivery and finally to a very professional install. We are very happy with their work and would highly recommend them.
