Dishonest and unprofessional shop. My husband sent a flat tyre to mend, thinking it's the tube problem. But the shop took the tyre to check and told him that it's all cracked and not safe to use without showing him how they checked. That tyre is only 3+ years old. Any professional and honest shop would check faulty tyres in front of their customers. So he asked to change 2 new front tyres, thinking it's Continental brand as their shop signboard is Continental but the boss gave him Giti tyres without telling him clearly about... read more
I knew many customers are not satisfied the shop services. Honestly, the owner Uncle talking is not friendly but I am okay. He is kindda not good for liaise with customer. But I am happy when I went there to replace the General tyres dealing with a counter Malay lady. She is friendly and helpful. Sure you need to firm and must know your car conditions, must ask the price before action. The Shopee promotion is not included car alignment. The lady is polite to me the cost.
sentiasa check bila tukar taya. Walaupun tayar baru tapi stok tahun yang lama. klu x tegur nasibla dapat tayar yg lama.
Kedai bengkel kereta yg paling teruk d keramat permai KL.. Byk pekerja yg xde lesen memandu...lpastu pomen byk yg x tahu psl kereta....not recommend for this shop
Bad and dishonest shop (for Setiawangsa branch). OVERPRICE FOR EVERYTHING and do not trust the price they provided in the first place. They will say the price is inclusive labor charge "siap pasang", but when you want to pay, turns out there's another "labor charge". Will not return to this scam shop!
