Please call the Florida Department of Insurance Regulation. It’s extremely easy to open an investigation over the phone. Criminal organizations, such as Continental General Insurance, need heat kept on them.

Do not use this company - it is a scam. I paid for coverage and when it was time to pay the determined that the Diagnostic were not covered. How do you go to a hospital and not have diagnostics done. That is at the heart of the medicine. Well it was not in my policy (never discussed, mention or noted from the seller" Now I have a $18,000 bill for diagnostics.

I called before I had my child to ensure that I bought a breast pump that would be covered from a business allowed. I was told I could buy any pump, hospital grade, from ANYWHERE. So here I am, child is 18 months old, and I am STILL fighting with them after they denied my claim at least 3 times due to there not being a "billable code." It takes a quick google search and phone call to my Doctors office to confirm that the code IS A BILLABLE CODE that they use for EVERY mother looking to obtain a breast pump.
