Terrible company My wife has been on a plan for 3 months & we now have a couple thousand dollars in bills not covered by her plan. Time to cancel.

Are you guys continental care that is located on 931 village blvd are 905-350 west palm beach Florida 33409? Are you associated with uca aka unified caring association? If so I am a uca member. You guys provide multi plan I guess? I just know I called an insurance agent they recommended this insurance. It’s individual mo plan 2. They said Chubb is also associated with it.

We are Continental Benefits, a third party administrator of employer-sponsored health plans and are not affiliated with Unified Caring Association. We do not offer individual plans and do not collect money from individuals.

The person who signed me up flat out LIED about their benefits. The have no in network doctors. No one takes this plan. I was told I had dental. Flat out lie. I submitted about $3000.00 in claims about 6 months ago and just received a letter today that all of my claims were denied due to preexisting conditions. I cancelled my policy today. They are total scammers and totally UNETHICAL. My fault for NOT reading their SCATHING REVIEWS online first!

Do not use this company - it is a scam. I paid for coverage and when it was time to pay the determined that the Diagnostic were not covered. How do you go to a hospital and not have diagnostics done. That is at the heart of the medicine. Well it was not in my policy (never discussed, mention or noted from the seller" Now I have a $18,000 bill for diagnostics.
