Klouse and Mike Amazing BMW mechanics I am so pedantic about my European cars and I would not go anywhere else I’ve had all my cars serviced there for years there is nothing that they doesn’t know about BMW Mercedes and Audi They will always look after you plus great price I dread the day these guys retire

Went in to inquirer about a problem with our Audi TT. The old guy was plain rude and arrogant and said basically that they have enough cars already to work on. I work in customer service and I was very friendly to him. There was no need at all to treat me that bad. Won't go back ever again. Would give zero stars if I could.
I mean 0 stars but you can't do that, I took my BMW there about an ecu problem and he quoted $1,956 all up and took about 5 weeks to wait for the part and get fixed and charged 550 for programming but I could've went to BMW wreckers varsity and they said $800 for it all. And my car was in the shop for about 3months, highly dont recommend.
These guys deserve 6 stars. I took my Mercedes too two different mechanics and got told they did not know what the problem was and could not fix it, one even tried to flog me a new battery after having the car for two weeks with no solution.A friend referred me to Klaus so I took it here and after 45 min Klaus got back to me to tell me what the problem was and how much it would cost to fix, to my great satisfaction I said book it in, 5 days after having the car Klaus called to say come and pick it up it’s fixed, and the pric... read more
