Unfortunate experience trying to get a uhaul truck. I reserved a truck for a Saturday morning before they open at 10. However after I arrived and completed the online reservation there was no key in the assigned box and uhaul customer service rep could not get a hold of anyone at contigo. I ended up canceling the reservation.
Highly recommend checking them out, Had a smooth and easy process buying. Friendly and helpful service.
1000/10!!!! I had issues with drop off location for my move and was passed around to about 20 people/locations through the corporate office. I finally went to this location in person and they solved my problem in less than 20 minutes! They were an absolute pleasure to work with the. Professional, thorough, and very welcoming. I dealt with so much stress with my move and they made it all go away with their amazing service. I will be using them again for my next move and all other U-Haul/transportation needs. Ask for David
