Place needs to close down, the owner is extremely rude. He do not help out. Refuse to get up from eating to help me find what I need. Then he say he don’t speak English. No business manners whatsoever. Don’t go here!
This place is freaking insane, if you're black please DO NOT shop here these people (older people) seem like they're racist. To keep this from being a long story the people watched my fiance and I like we were bandits and the older woman was literally blocking our way to get both in and out. They made us both feel uncomfortable and after we got our one item and paid the older guy told me I had to sign my name and put my number on the receipt. Extremely rude. The guy at the front is racist against Black people. Long story short I had to tell him off, watch the tapes back because he had accused me (while yelling) of stealing/underpaying me, and then when the tapes revealed I was telling the truth I didn’t even accept my refund or half hearted apology. Black people do not go there if you respect yourselves. Unbelievable.
The daughter or younger woman is helpful and sweet but the older couple are rude and terrible. They don’t speak, they follow you everywhere and don’t say thank you for doing business with them. They are not worth giving your money to. The beauty supply on Tulane at Clark is smaller but they are much better than these ungrateful people.
They have good inventory but the husband is very rude and has poor customer service. The wife is very nice but I won't be back.
