I cannot say enough great things about Allie and Oliver and their team at Conti. By far the best on Long Island. The quality of their work, customer service and honesty is just excellent. I have used them for 15+ years on both personal and business vehicles. Just recently I brought in my car that they had repaired 6+ years ago because the paint started to flake and they replaced the door panel and painted it at NO charge to me....long after the warranty expired. -DO NOT BRING YOUR PORSCHE HERE- my car was rear ended by a speeding cyber truck on 2/28 and I still don’t have a functioning car as these people took 4 weeks to repair the back, change the drivers seat belt and battery! But didn’t even bother to look around the car, nor even drove it and handed to me. And ever since it’s been another 2 weeks now it continue to have issue. My car got towed there after an accident. Conti tells me the car will most likely be totaled and I said I plan on getting it fixed either way. It took insurance two weeks to figure out liability and sure enough they total my car. I call Conti to get an estimate to fix the damages now that insurance finally viewed the car and made a determination, and they tell me THEY DONT WORK ON TOTALED CARS and I owe them $1200 for storage. Conti is by far the best body shop on Long Island. I’ve made the mistake of going to other body shops because I live far from Syosset but convenience is now far down on my list and quality work is on top. I’ve never been disappointed there. I returned my rental from Enterprise to Conti . Don’t have to go to enterprise. Handed Conti the keys and drove off in my car with ease. They did a wonderful job and the guys that work there are always professional and down to earth. I’ll never go anywhere else.
