Was able to get a service appointment quickly and they turned my bike around in a day. The bike looks and feels like new
Ship is clean and well stocked. Came in to diagnose a brake issue fully expecting to leave the bike. Matthew put it on the rack, diagnosed it, and fixed it right then. 5 minute fix, customer for life. These guys are the best!
They fixed my flat minutes after I stepped into the store! This was not a one-off, this is how they always treat me, which is why I don’t go anywhere else! Thx Conte!!
Amazing service!
Great service. The team helped me order a cargo bike and kept me up to date with the order status.
