I recently purchased a new bike and moved to Cary. I accidentally found the guys at Conte's bike shop. They have been super accommodating. Michael and David have assisted me immediately with my quick fixes. The customer service here is second to none.
Ridiculous!! It really is a store for people who don't understand bikes. If you need parts or service, don't come to this store. The recommendation will be to change your bike. Throw yours away and buy a new one. This without even seeing your bike!
I took my bike in for a tuneup and a set of cleats for my cycling shoes. The bike only needed very small adjustments, which they performed on the spot. The gentleman were pleasant and efficient. I highly recommend this establishment.
