Matt did a phenomenal job at helping me with a warranty on my Pinarello. He was able to get my warranty approved and I was able to upgrade to electronic shifters, which Are awesome! Thank you so much, Matt for all your help. Such great customer service.
This place is super clean, very organized, and the staff is great — especially the manager. I also want to give a shout-out to Guilherme. He’s very professional, polite, and really knows what he’s doing. He answered all my questions and helped me quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend him!
