Patrick was so helpful. He taught me as he replaced a bike tire so that I avoided hours of needless frustration.
Avoid this place if you’re looking for a simple repair. You’re much better off at a locally owned place. They will upsell you like crazy. I got some new tires put on, and when I pulled the bike around to bring it outside, the front brake was catching the wheel. Which it hadn’t done before. I asked them to fix it, and they said, “you’re better off just paying for a full annual service for $145, and I can fix that wheel.” He even admitted that it wasn’t doing that before. Great place for anything bike related. I originally purchased a bike from them back in March and has been a great experience. They even were able to fit me in for a stem upgrade. Appreciate the quick turnaround. Will always support this shop!
