I had an outstanding new bike purchase, trade-in and fitting experience at Conte’s! Everyone was helpful, the trade-in process was smooth, and my bike fitting was excellent. Highly recommend as the go to shop in great Boston.
I've never had service this good since starting to mt bike in the early 80's---brought the bike in for an unusual shifting problem and they fixed it on the spot in froint of my eyes, explaining as they did it. Unbelievably good service!!
I stopped in due to a mysterious sound. They were helpful and friendly. They knew exactly what to do! It was a quick magical fix and then sent me on my way.
Contes bike shop is by far the best bike shop I have been to in the Boston area. They have great selection and friendly and knowledgeable staff. They spent close to 2 1/2 hours with us as we checked out several bikes we were interested in, helping us make the right decision. Thank you to Chris and Ryan for swapping out the pedals on several bikes so we could test ride and answering all our questions! Contes also runs a biking club on Sundays that we are excited to check out.
