I took my bike in for repairs on Saturday, expecting professional service. When I picked it up on Monday, not only was the original issue unresolved, but a new problem had appeared. ***Update*** I am now giving Conte's 10 stars. I brought my Trek bike in to be serviced which hasn't been done in a while by another bike shop. Matthew evaluated on the spot on what was needed and Chris did the service. I also ordered a new basket which overall only took a few days. Extremely reasonable pricing, superb customer service (just so nice!) and excellent workmanship. My bike never rode so well! Thank you Conte's team!
