Great experience all the way through buying my new bike. I’m terrible with names but the folks there made buying a real pleasure. And the bike is a caddilac to ride, lovin it!
I bought 2 bikes at the VA Beach Store on 3/31/2018..spent $1500..was happy with the staff. I have also had my previous bikes serviced at the Newport News in the past and was happy with the service. However, today I went in to take back hand grips in their original packaging with the original receipt from the VA Beach store and I was treated like I was doing something wrong since they were bought from another store. Helped me pick my first road bike. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They took the time to fit the bike and answered all of my questions. They didn’t talk down to me as a new rider. What a great experience.
