If I could give 0 stars I would. I truly am unable to speak for how this company does things now, but in 2016, this company was my family’s biggest nightmare. MANY personal items including rings my father gave me and my sister before passing, multiple collectible dolls that my mom had since she was a child, and 2 very special statues; one antique angel and one bear with wings that we got as a memorial for when my brother passed away, where NEVER given back. We have had 2 two house fires...Parker DKI and CPC have been used both times. The people there sympathize with and understand the stresses of catastrophic losses and go above and beyond to help put your life back together. They are truly on your side...be patient...be reasonable and listen to what they have to say when it comes to dealing with insurance conpanies and they will not dissapoint!
