Went in on 3/24/2026 with evidence of high insulin (insulin resistance due to PCOS) and some other issues regarding my weight health and hair loss/growth. I was told they don't help people with my issues at this facility and would refer me to another Dr. Unfortunately that Dr whom was referenced does not use my insurance, and the way I was treated here makes me nervous to reach out for help again, I felt like i was wasting time and was and inconvenient burden for coming in for help. Nice people who listen and make me smile. They do good work.
I seriously appreciate Dr. Egbert and his team. The front desk staff is always professional and helpful. Dr. Egbert makes sure all your questions are answered and takes the time to explain everything. Plus, the place is clean. I also have used the Dentist. The staff members are very friendly. They keep me updated with any plan dental work.
Always have problems getting my medicine. Almost NEVER receive a call back after you leave a message. They always seem busy, wait time is so so long...1/19/26...Still having trouble getting my medicine. They seem to never have the request from the pharmacy. Not sure how they have a request for one medicine but not the other🤔. This Drs off gives me stress. The front desk staff have nasty attitudes. I waited 18min on hold just to leave a message.
