Absolutely horrible experience with Content Development Pros. They promised us a high number of visitors to the website as part of the SEO package which they fall short of by 90%, their project manager write long AI generated emails without engaging properly, and they set up our Google Ads account as part of the PPC campaign and made it go live without our permission resulkting in lots of money being lost to Google without the campaign being set up properly. I am compelled to give one star and write this review. I wish I could give zero stars. My experience working with Content Development Pros started out okay. Soon the deliverables started getting late, cost kept going up, and worst of all, the content was not only at a low reading level, it was entirely AI-generated. I had to re-write most of each of the pieces they created. Very disappointing and waste of time and money.
I’ve been a client of CDP for several years, and overall, I give them a resounding 5‑star recommendation. Their expertise in web building, SEO, social media, and other offerings (many of which I haven’t even tapped into yet) is impressive and reliable. That said, I do want to note one area of concern: my Project Manager, Mike Adam, has consistently lacked the most essential customer service skill—rcommunication.
