The coach was awesome. She worked with my skill level and got me worked out great. Enjoyed it. Love our Local CrossFit, gym.
I dropped in. It was LIT 🔥!! Great energy and so much positivity. I didn’t feel like an outsider even though I was new to the gym. The coach was super encouraging. Just an overall great group of athletes!
