ALL the coaches rock! I love the vibe and the community. The workouts are challenging, the energy is great and you feel accomplished when you are done. There is lots of support and comrodery which makes it an easy decision to get up and go on those days you may not be feeling it. Truly a great community and even better workout!
We love Padre Island CrossFit for kids! We've done it for almost one full school year. As her mother, I love that my daughter is learning how to move her body and lift weights, while still learning nutrition and how to properly fuel her body. Coach Cassie is an amazing example And Coach.

Love this Crossfit Family 🩵!!! Almost 1 year in and I love every day of it. Coaches here are amazing! They sheer you up, lift you up and build you up. My body feels better and look better! I totally recommend it.
It is an awesome gym! The coaches are great to help with challenges and hurdles and to get you on track for your fitness journey. Highly recommend walking in and checking the gym out.
