Contender truly is the best. I had 7 years of crossfit experience prior to joining Contender and I can confidently say there is no other place like this one. I was a bit hesitant at first about the Level Method programming, but it has turned out to be wonderful. I always drop in at Contender when I’m in town. The coaches are knowledgeable and the athletes are friendly. I always feel so welcome! I highly recommend signing up if you’re a local or dropping in if you need a good workout. 🫶🏼
What a great environment and awesome community of gym members and coaches. I'm one of the newer members here and I feel right at home every time I show up. If I ever just don't understand a workout the coaches always take time out to explain and help me through it. I highly recommend this gym for anyone looking to get into peak physical condition. Your progress is tracked and you will always know where you left off so you can continue to push yourself further.
Prior to my move from Ohio, a fellow member and my crossfit box suggested I try Contender Crossfit. He did not mention the level method that was in place. I enjoyed my gym immensely in Ohio as it was a family that I was 100% invested in. I have been at Contender 2 months and the advice I received in Ohio was on point.
