We're fortunate to have a lot of good bike shops and mechanics in the Park City area, but I think Contender may be the best. Had two really great experiences recently with their service team - very courteous and knowledgeable, and were very willing to listen to my issues and offer different solutions, depending on how much I was willing to spend. The guys and gals at the shop are super helpful!! As a visitor, I was treated warmly and offered excellent service. They were able to order an obscure part and install it with expertise. I highly recommend this bike shop to keep your stoke high when visiting Park City!
5-star experience at Contender. Superb staff, attentive, helpful and knowledgeable. I test rode a few bikes and they helped me find the perfect option. I then came back to add wireless shifting and they were so helpful once again. They take the time to listen to your needs and the entire team has a service-oriented approach. So glad to have found Contender.
Poor customer service.
Love this bike shop…they’re honest, knowledgeable, approachable and have always done great work and not overpriced. It’s an everyone’s welcome kind of vibe and I 10/10 would recommend them.
