This review is coming from an RN, which makes this experience even more disappointing because I understand both the clinical and human side of patient care. This was my first time meeting Dr. Snook, and unfortunately, the experience felt very impersonal and rushed. She entered the room and immediately said, “Let’s get started,” without introducing herself or explaining the visit. It was a great experience.
Dr. Snook is highly experienced (most important, the benefit of a seasoned Dr. operating a high-volume practice) and kind. The office is pristinely clean, and appears to be well managed. Would recommend.
I liked the doctor, however I’m a bit disappointed that the doctor prescribed a medication that was important for me and I usually get my meds immediately sent to the pharmacy and they let me know when it’s there. I saw the MD at 11 and called the office again after 3pm to let them know I had not gotten any thing. They said they would prioritize it, yet it’s 5:30 pm, the office is closed now and still no word from the pharmacy as to getting the order to fill.
