I have been going here for well over 4+ years for my normal pap smears. Which were all good and dandy. Now comes the part where I am pregnant, and I feel my level of care has dimished. The ultrasound techs & nurses have been kind, so my frustration doesn't align with them. Rather my own OB, Dr. Snook. While she can be kind, my appointments always felt rushed. Can’t EVER get a hold of anyone to actually SPEAK to them about billing. Have tried hitting every option (to schedule, to speak about a prescription, billing, etc). EVERY option. No one calls back.
We had to reschedule 3 or 4 times due to doctor inavailability or icompetence in the office. Half the time you call, even if you leave a message, they dont call back. Even when my wife was having serious concerns after visiting the ER no one would respond. Not sure if the staff are not relaying info to the doctors or if they just dont care but either way this is not the place for us and if you're looking for a solid obgyn for your pregnancy id suggest looking elsewhere.
Absolutely the best gynecologist I’ve ever had. She listens and finds the root of the problem. I’m grateful I found her
