I loved my experience at the Lofts at 909. I needed a furnished apartment while waiting for my house to be built. These apartments are furnished with a modern, minimalist style with hardwood floors. They are very clean and easy to maintain. Tonya, the manager, was so professional, pleasant and very accommodating. David, from CSTH, was also so helpful in helping me to find the right accommodations. I enjoyed the experience of living downtown near the Capitol Building. Our stay in the Short Term Housing could now have been better. The place was totally furnished and everything included in the price. Dave Dunn went out of his way to make sure any concerns were addressed. Highly recommend, if you need a Short Term rental.
We were so happy with Contemporary Short Term housing, LLC. David was great to work with throughout the entire process. We needed something for 4 months and the 2bed/2bath condo was great. It’s very clean, fully stocked, and has convenient parking and location.
Renting this house all the way from Jordan- Middle East - to here, everything was done online which is awesome. The owner of this house Mr.David Dunn is amazing man, he will help in any tiny thing that is bothering you and makes sure that everything is perfect. I’m renting this with my friends and the house is served clean , shiny, having wifi all the time and the rooms are great. Thank you Mr.David for your wonderful help and house. YOU ARE THE BEST!
