Terrible service! We have been trying since July 2024 to get a desk top fixed and replaced. We have to continually follow up, with no responses, then we get response, do not hear back for another couple months. They even came to the sight to review, promised to deliver and STILL NOTHING. Never experience service like this in my life! DEFINATELY would not recommend!
Came in to look at office chairs and was “greeted” by a run amok aggressively yapping small dog before a staff member could make their way over. I left the store immediately. It’s one thing to have a quiet trained pet residing in a store, but this place is more of an indoor off-leash doggy playground.

Overall was a good experience dealing with COI. No rude and pushy sales staff. Friendly and personable delivery/warehouse staff. Will be buying again from them in the future.
