I was badly in need of a proper task chair, and received great advice from Celine at COI. After testing models at their storefront, she arranged the colour and upholstery combo I wanted from the manufacturer and had it shipped directly to my home which was very convenient.

I’ve been trying to come in for a few weeks now to replace the entire collection of chairs at my office with Herman millers $40,000 worth, but unfortunately this is an office supplier business that is only open during office hours, I’m not sure how you have clients when you aren’t open on the weekends, I guess I’ll go to EQ3…

I recently purchased two Herman Miller Aeron chairs from COI Vancouver and my experience with them couldn't have been worse. After meeting a rep at the office, we were eager to purchase the chairs and was told that we'd receive a link to our emails right away - this was delayed for a week. Fast forward, after purchasing the chairs, we received an email indicating when the product would be shipped and that someone will reach out to us to schedule delivery times.
