I recently purchased two Herman Miller Aeron chairs from COI Vancouver and my experience with them couldn't have been worse. After meeting a rep at the office, we were eager to purchase the chairs and was told that we'd receive a link to our emails right away - this was delayed for a week. Fast forward, after purchasing the chairs, we received an email indicating when the product would be shipped and that someone will reach out to us to schedule delivery times. I experienced not great customer service and email response times especially after they have received my money. I can't recommend this place.
Fast service by Evan, responded NEXT DAY." Helped me reach out to Herman Miller and make a warranty claim on my Embody. Now I hope that the contractor they send will be just as professional.
