This is by far the worst doctors office I have ever experienced the dr and his staff failed to properly educate me on an iud and the protocol they had administered a pill that should never be given to a pregnant women and when I went in for the iud I was pregnant and then miscarried a week later I called the dr office several times during my miscarriage and then recieved a call two days later telling me I was miscarrying after I called the dr asking them what to do next the staff in the Rochester location is extremely immatu... read more

This office is a complete joke. The staff are so unbelievably rude: especially Julie and Casa. The doctors are aware that the staff treat patients poorly and don’t care. Julie ripped a paper out of my hand and stormed off. That’s almost assault. I had management tell me “well you know it’s hard to find good help these days”. Really? That’s your excuse? Save the unwanted stress in your pregnancy and go elsewhere. Im stuck here due to my insurance, but I will go elsewhere and pay cash from this point forward.
