Terrible front desk staff/customer service experience. My mothers appointment was a few days ago and they said they would put in a prescription for pick up at CVS. Two days later the CVS said the prescription never came. I end up calling their offices to speak to the clinical staff in order for them to put in the order. I was placed on hold for 30 mins, was hung up multiple times while I was on hold (especially as it got closer to when they took their lunch at noon), and they picked up and hung up the phone as soon as I call... read more
I don't know why this place has a low rating, THIS OFFICE SHOULD HAVE 5 STARS. From front desk to seeing Dr. Block interacting with other professionals staff and everything between was smooth, timely, professional, compassionate and informative. I have found my favorite doctor's office. Take the step, ignore the negative comments like I did and you will not regret it.
The front desk needs some work but love Dr. Block and Dr. Brooks. They are both so open minded to all the things that may come up in your visit, and so patient and understanding, I honestly have had a better more gentle experience with them than most of the doctors I've had that are women(Not at this practice specifically, just in general) As long as Dr. Block is practicing I will be a patient here
This place need to how serve the public.with care and respect. You call for an appointment and they degrade you and when you are trying to explain your situation the staff member is telling you they will hang the phone up on you. People, you shouldn't forget you are a professional and serving the public. Yes you have a job but your rudeness represents the place where you work. This is not the only choice the public has to go.
