We had our 2024 GLE 30 K service with changing out 4 tires & realignment. Steve is our Service Dept Rep who keeps us informed via video inspection by automotive technicians working on our car, text updates & phone calls. Our experience demonstrated effective assessment & timely service. It was a pleasant experience at Mercedes Benz of Little Silver.
I brought in my 2025 Winnebago Revel on a Mercedes chassis. I came in to have the battery tested. I left with no power to any of the components in the back of the vehicle. The technician had no knowledge of the components he disconnected nor was he asked to disconnect any components and diagnose what power was connected to the battery. His lack of knowledge and understanding of this type of vehicle has left me with more money out of pocket to have the dealer trace why I have no power.
