Horrible Company. George, William, and Sammy are very rude and unprofessional. They were super unresponsive and kind of racist to my realtor. They typically sell all of their homes to minorities and have buyers (such as myself) sign contracts that solely benefit them as the seller. Pushed my completion date back several times and refused to give my earnest money back even though I desperately needed to be in Houston for work. Horrible company. I had read that one of their communities had water issues, but I ended up taking a chance at their Main Arbor community. In the year I've owned my place, the water has been shut off so many times I can't count. I've had to regularly plan for random water outages with a ton of stored water. Now it's been shut off for 2 days with no update on when it'll come back. Also, buying the place, they weren't the most professional company. I should have looked elsewhere.
My wife and I paid $5000 as earnest money and signed a house contract with George in Sept 2021 using a FHA loan. In January 2022 our lender calls us and tells he is no longer taking FHA loans and only conventional. George broke the contract. The condo was suppose to be completed in March 2022. He lost us months of time and money. We had to pay $200 in additonal month to month fees at our apartment because completion date kept getting pushed forward. Easily the worst company to deal with. Their so called sales guy George has no clue what he is doing and lies about everything. Moved my completion date back 6 times before I terminated my contract. Heading to court to get my earnest money back. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAM ARTISTS.
